HOW YOU RELAX:	Go in our hot tub, read a magazine or watch a movie/tv with my husband Brian
HOW YOU PREPARE FOR AN EVENT:	I usually take the Friday off before a Sunday race and I try to stay off my feet as much as possible the couple of days before. The day before I do about 20 min of each sport.

WHERE YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS:	Hopefully I will have had a child or 2 by then, probably still live in Northern California, still running (doing 5/10K races), and opening a bakery/coffee shop or b&b.
