Additionally, we can provide assistance via a virtual service by sending two videos of yourself pedaling to dave@ismseat.com (see below).
Video 1 should be a 30 second clip of you pedaling from the side view. Ideally, this can be done by placing your bike on an indoor trainer. If this isn’t possible, have someone stand outside and video you as you ride by pedaling. This video should be shot from the side and include the entire rider and bike in view. Please wear the clothes and shoes you normally use when cycling.
Video 2 should be a 30 second clip of you pedaling (taken from behind the bike). Again, we ask the entire rider and bike be in view. In all videos, the phone or camera should show a full-frame horizontal video.
If doing the virtual service, please also send an image of just the bike from the side to dave@ismseat.com
