Building upon our popular Performance Narrow 1 shape, we used feedback from our professional athletes to design the next evolution in bike saddles. With a slightly wider 120mm rear and shorter length, the PN 3.0 offers more support under the sit bones and is so comfortable, it will “disappear” underneath you.
Similar to our other PN saddles, the PN 3.0 offers superb thigh and hamstring clearance and utilizes the latest ATMOS molding manufacturing process to reduce weight. Like all ISM saddles, the PN 3.0 is nose-less and our patented design eliminates pressure from the soft tissue/perineum, ensuring maximum blood flow, no genital numbness, and a healthier, more enjoyable ride.

Attention:
This saddle is not recommended for cyclists who ride with a high seat position or those who ride very forward on the extreme front of the saddle (the front arms or the nose of a traditional saddle). The recommended seat height for these saddles calls for a 32-37 degree knee bend for the rider. If you ride with a minimal bend or a straight leg a different ISM saddle is recommended for you.

In my opinion, the PN 3.0 saddle is a 10/10 product. Not only is this saddle incredible to ride any distance with, I have found that no other saddle I’ve owned has held up in durability and quality ride after ride. In NY, we have our fair share of potholes, loose asphalt, climbs, descent, weather conditions. Delivery was fast. Set up was simple. Will definitely use ISM saddles on other bikes I own.
