ISM continues the tradition of excellent customer service among multisport brands. My saddle rail popped out of its housing during a ride and I anguished in my failure to pop it back in. I emailed them on Saturday and they answered on Sunday! After a quick exchange they offered to send me a new saddle, just like that. It is support like this that keeps multisport athletes going when things go wrong. The next time I need to buy a new saddle I will shop ISM first. Period.
